Detox or cleansing liquid diet based on organic fruit and vegetable juices, nutritional broths, herbal teas and super-foods. Alkalizing, antioxidant and therefore a powerful anti-aging.
You’ll practise yoga, meditation and breathing exercices. You’ll receive massage, Reiki and Bach Flowers. Discover the nature of IBIZA, hiking trails, swimming in a crystaline waters and sunbathing on the finest beaches.

The Villa has a privileged location on top of a mountain on San Agustín area. An impressive 360° great view: sunrises, sunsets, sea and mountains views.. At 20 km from Ibiza City, 4 km from San José and 4 km from San Antonio. Very close to some of the best beaches on the island, such as Cala Bassa and Cala Conta.

Daily program

The programme is thoroughly designed to improve the wellbeing and purify body-mind-spirit. This is an aproximative timetable. Activities are optional, and treatments and techers are liable to be changed deppending on disponibility and, of course, the energy of the group. Along with all this we can also create a personal programme, designed for your present moment.

Arrival day:

Pick up at airport and transfer to the house.
17:00 – Welcome and introduction to Detox week
20:00 – Dinner: nutritious super-food soup

Daily program (5 days / 2 days):

06:30 – Sunrise Meditation (every other day).
08:30 – Weight Control – alkalizing drink – herbal teas.
09:00 – Yoga Class.
10:30 – Breakfast: organic juice or smoothie detox with super-foods.
11:30 – Free time and relax. Massage, Reiki and Bach Flower consultation.

14:00 – Lunch: organic juice or smoothie detox with super-foods.
16:00 – Swimming in the sea and nature trails
17:00 – Organic juice or smoothie detox with super-foods
20:00 – Dinner: nutritious broth
21:00 – Inspiring videos – Educational talks – Q&A about your detox process.
